    Alexis digs deep with you! You must be dedicated to yourself and ready to make optimizing chances to your life style and health. I loved the transformation for myself because it taught me time management, self care/love, new recipes with foods that are at our fingertips and some people still choose not to eat, even the use and importance of herbs. And it doesn’t stop here, Alexis continues to delve into body systems that also play a part of our digestion and living in optimal health. The biggest thing I learned is that EVERYTHING begins in your gut. You have to treat it with profound care and love and that may mean you have to give up your favorite cheat foods for a few months. But that's ok because there are delicious healthy recipes to help you with that sweet tooth 😉. I recommend Alexis for her knowledge and sweet soul that is always there for you whenever you need her.
